Carbon Fibre Valve cover to suit 2012
I'm not sure what other years are the same(maybe someone more knowledgeable than me can chime in), but is there any interest out there for a carbon fibre valvecover?
I have a guy who is prepared to make some but the cost is very prohibitive. I'd need to have 5-10 guys and the cost would be $800 us.
cheers
Jim

2007-2012, the 1250 hasn't changed since it's release, the 2015 will most likely be the same when (& if it comes to Australia) it gets released

Not to burst your bubble or anything, but the weight saving would have little effect on performance. Not a highly visible part, so bling factor is negligible. And I don't know how happy I would be trusting the oil sealing longevity of a CF valve cover. So, I couldn't really imagine them selling like hot cakes.
Why not try a front mudguard or rear hugger? They would sell.

That money gets you an Ohlins rear shock - I know what I'd spent my $$ on (oh yeah, I already did and it was well worth it).

if its just for bling you probably could cover your existing cover with CF. Ask Gus for the how too.
Would be a hell of a lot cheaper
