Re: WSBK 2019
Mid Feb to the end of March is a no leave month for me in the job I'm back filling, Adelaide's "Silly Season" with the Fringe Festival and Adelaide (Superloop now, not Clipsal 500) as well as other events all crammed into 6 weeks

That's it ,i'm done with moto gp and wsb . They seem to think it fine to leave you waiting ,waiting ,waiting in the hot sun with nothing going on at all .
Then they give you a race, stop it half way for a tyre change, and then have the other half . Then chuck in time penalties so not even the commentators know whats going on . WSBikes was great ,the new format has stuffed it . Try waiting 75mins ,no shade ,bloody hot for a 35min race . Then repeat 2 or 3 times .

Re: WSBK 2019
Things looked a bit "down" on previous years - crowd looked smaller, pavilion looked a bit sparce. But the racing has set up an interesting season, with Alvaro Bautista (on the brand new V4 999cc Ducati) winning all 2.5 races. It might be too early to call Kawasaki's 4 year reign over but that Ducati was supremely dominant, winning the two main races by over 15 seconds. Glad I have a video pass and will watch the remainder of the season.

Re: WSBK 2019
We sat up outside of the track above Turn 1. No screen or audio, but a tree near us where we could get shade and see some track. Pretty primitive really for the $240 for the two of us. Had a wander around the paddock but no bikes caught my attention. Did see 2WA's bike and had a chat to him. Searched for you Gus around Turn 1 with no luck. Despite lack of facilities, will consider it for next year. PS, girls at the Suzuki tent were friendly, probably bored or fed up being hit on.
