Geelong Carbon Craft

Just thought I'd chuck it out there that I've had great service from GCC.
I ordered a CF tank protector on Sat for a recent addition.
Got an email back within the hour saying they would prep the mould that day.
Got email on Mon saying the item was ready to ship.
Got email yesterday saying it should be at my post office.
Went and collected it today. It looks fantastic (in the box)

All this is a bit ironic because unlike the recent purchase it didnt even exist prior to Sat but my bike was on the show room floor and as of 17:00 today still hadnt been "pre delivered" even though they have my 1250 as a deposit. Lucky I cant get to the dealers before next Thu due to work but it better bloody well be ready by then!

I love finding places that provide a decent service (they all bloody well should). GCC sound like they are right on top of customer service.

How much was the protector ? .........................what colour bike did you settle on ?

I have also dealt with GCC, very promt with replies it's a nice product not faultless tho.
