It was ZEN, man!

Well I had a ride on Sunday 27th July which only comes along every once in a while.
 
A ride where you don't know the route you're taking and just decide on Left or Right at an intersection and end up somewhere completely different to originally imagined.
 
The weather was mild which meant the Bandit was just purring and my mind wasn't pre-occupied with numb fingers and cold legs, I could concentrate on riding.
 
The route taken was Wollongong, Picton, The Oaks, Camden, Wallacia, Luddenham, Fairfield, Narellan, Cambelltown, Wilton, Wollongong. The roads were open country roads with big long sweepers.
 
Scenery comprised mainly of big country homesteads, Cows grazing in the paddocks,  Dams full of crystal blue water, Sky so blue it went on forever, Deserted roads and busy Sunday morning traffic roads.
 
Everything just clicked and the only thing to break the ZEN moment was re-fuelling for the Bandit and myself.
 
I enjoy 99.9% of the rides I go on, but sometimes I enjoy some more than others.
 
This was one of them......... it was a ZEN ride!

If you read that and imagine the voice of Morgan Freeman, it sounds really cool.  Those rides are great.

Those rides are worth savoring.
