Good Friday Gippsland Ride

Anyone interested in a ride around Gippsland, starting around 8.30am from Narre Warren?

Didn't see you post till today. Did you get out for that ride?
Weather was pretty piss pour.
I am keen to get out on a weekend sometime before it gets too cold, so let me know when your next heading out? Are you in Endevour Hills?

Same here. I didnt see the post until just now. Had Fri off too. Could have met people somewhere.

Yes I am in Endeavour Hills.
You boys missed out on having a wash while you rode!
Left home at 9.00am sun shining & quite warm, put on the summer jacket & didn't pack the wets just kevlar jeans.
By the time I got to Tooradin it started to rain, stopped for fuel outside of town & sun came out.
Then the down pour began just this side of Korumburra turn off so I headed to Warragul Via K, looked OK on the BOM site.
Got into Warragul for lunch absolutely drenched, then came back home.  
I had my son on the back and he was shaking like a leaf.

Unfortunately I am working on Friday, looks like it will a good one.

If you guys are up for it perhaps the following weekend.

Nothing worse than getting caught out with no wet weather gear!!!!

I am keen for weekend after next. Sunday is better for me but if you prefer a Saturday that's fine.

Hey straff / 2wheels, what about a ride today?
Despite what BOM summary says,the radar & weather maps don't show much in the way of rain.
My job got cancelled for today so I can ride.

Its been pissing down here off and on since lunchtime.

Straff / Madmax, I've been cleared for take off, so Bandit is GO!!
Just looked at latest BOM weather maps .... looks like a bit of light rain from 1pm.

Perhaps we could meet at the BP opposite Bunnings at Pakenham, say 9am, after checking the BOM radar in the morning ??

Not looking good at the moment, rain here and the radar shows scattered showers all over.

Looking at radar, only lightish rain but looks like very little rain towards Moe & where we are going to ride.
Looking at weather maps may even clear by 10ish.
I am willing to risk it if anyone else is.
