Conspiracy Theory ?

Imagine this.  A large passenger jet liner takes off from a major international airport. On board are over 270 passengers and crew. It is night. After a short time into the flight the aircraft turns around and heads back to where it came from. It is noticed on radar, and efforts are made to contact  the craft, but no contact can be made.  Protocol. What is in the manuals now, after 9/11. An alert is made. Military is informed. air force jets are put on standby. More attempts are made to contact the craft. Still no reply. Air force jets are dispatched. Scans are being done to determine who is on board the plane. Looking for any persons of interest. Two passport alerts sound out. Something maybe wrong. How did they get through the checks ? Is this a Hi jacking ? Is it another suicide mission ? Heads of state are woken. What should be done . In the cloudy midsts of decision making the order is given to shoot down the jet while it is still over the sea.  In the light of day high powered heads of state, generals and intelligence agency officials sit around a table to go over what has happened. Was it terrorists ?  There is no connection between the passports and the passengers to suggest that they were. Who was on board ?  Many civilians of a neighbouring country which would not take this news too lightly.  A plan is hatched.  Tell the world that the jet liner went missing and is suspected to have crashed into a sea that is thousands of kilometres from where it was shot down.  Meanwhile send out elite secret clean up crews to recover all traces of the jet. And hide it. After some time, officials declared that new radar information has serviced and in fact the search was being carried out in the wrong area. A new search is started even further from the real crash site. No wreckage is ever found. Surprising ?  Hmmmm.  Maybe make a good movie.

Hammy the script writer!  But, I'm sure the military protocol is to shoot only after there is a clear intention by the highjackers to fly the plane into something (so they wouldn't shoot it down if the highjackers were demanding money for instance).  I'm sure when the movie comes out that this will be covered.  Have you sold your copyright to Hollywood yet?     

PS: maybe those shapes are blackbirds looking for their lost mate, not blackhawks!

Silly me.  Of course any military would never shoot first and ask questions later.  Would they ?  

I`m sure Bruce Willis has already done that movie...Die Hard 20, wasn`t it?
