Well done, both of you! No wonder you had gone AWOL.
I know how hard it is, to lose a fair bit of weight, and that's probably what is holding me back right now. Befopre I ran over a border collie, and killed it, i had kept my weight at 84kgs. Then it all went kaput. My motivation should include the fact that my damn kevlar jeans arent looking so 'hot' these days.
Now I can tell people I 'know' you on the show!

Seeing as everyone here has been so supportive and keen to watch the show (I never had really) I thought I would post a pic of what I had for dinner tonight.

So whats pictured is:
100gm of chicken cooked in a Nando's Peri Peri sauce
2/3 cup of sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion
2 cups lettuce (4 leaf mix)
1 glass of diet cordial
1 tub of no fat yoghurt
Total of about 280 cal

Not bad is it? I had a prawn salad for lunch too and tomorrow I'll have a Turkey salad lunch and probably pork for dinner. I also have a hard boiled egg for morning snack and 30gm of low fat cheese in the afternoon. Breakfast is 1 & 1/2 cups of mixed Berry's (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, kiwi fruit & no fat yoghurt)

I don't want to sound preachy because that turned me off for years but its all good simple food and its enough to keep most people going.

Exercise is up to you Smile

My biggest fear is the detox effect all that good food had on me 4 years ago, i think what time i didnt spend at the gym I had spent on the crapper.
That meal looks sooooooo yummy. I think I may even try that tomorrow. (except for the cordial lol)

Mate I haven't had bread, pasta, rice etc since last year!
Never drank so much water either and I had no alcohol to give up.
No real issue with detox. Food actually tastes good elnatural now. Our tongues are coated with sugar, salt and other chemicals designed to "add flavor".

Hey young cock (little) Laughing I did have one blue that people had to separate us and I got a private audience with the exec producer! Cameras and sound guys came from everywhere but it won't be shown.
It was after a very hard day training with the Sydney Kings and Mark was involved in causing someone a very serious injury. I was defending my son Twisted Evil
