Confession
Is it bad to think about pissing off from work on a day like this to go riding?
22, no wind, clear, be back before the 4WD's invade the favourite roads (and need both sides on corners), Wife in NZ so she wont know.
Bugger, its tempting. Do I look sick? Check this rash!
Pity my boss rides as well and will know what I'm up to.
Who does the above anyway.
The best I managed today was riding home for lunch. Better than nothing and something I dont usually do

Re: Confession
I absolutely will have a sickie to go riding before the year is out. I have only been at my current job for 4 months so don't want to push my luck too far.......but hey, I'm only human, I have a bike and I have survived the last 2 years in the UK. It's the Aussie thing to do. 2wheelsagain......take the boss, get a cheap countermeal and suck up, might get a pay rise

Re: Confession
When I first started riding to work, I just could not wait for knock-off so that I could ride home. Just for the joy of the ride.

Re: Confession
I rode Scarlett to work today so she could be assessed for the ins claim and I think I deserve the arvo off in this lovely weather just for freezing my knackers off this morning.
Left at 2 deg. Got to work at 2 deg 30 mins later. I can confirm wind chill at 100km/h isnt any worse that 60km/h or 200km/h

I don't think you have the balls to just take the afternoon off any more
