Spark plugs
Hey guys how does the heat range numbering go? Is it the higher the number, the hotter the plug?

Thanks Paul. I bought a set of CR8E's today. The guys at Suzuki said that's all they use because the suzuki's tend to run a bit hot.

Re: Spark plugs
I know this is an old thread but I was wondering how the CRE8 plugs are going Kaupy (hope I haven't missed another post that covers this)?. Do you change them at 12,000kms or as you see fit? Cheers.

If you want to save some effort switch to iridiums. I only check mine when doing valve inspection. They've done 85000k and are in perfect nick.

Re: Spark plugs
My OEM's were pulled out at 24k and could have easily gone back in. They looked new. The shop rang me and asked if I wanted the new ones in. I put them in just to be sure but figured they would stay longer this time.
