G'day from Sweden
Hi, got my GSX1250FA last week, a used 2010 with 4400km's on the clock (a little over 6000 km's now), with panniers and topbox. Mods so far is a LeoVince slipon and a LSL fatbar handlebar. I set the rear spring in pos 6 and increased rebound damping a bit (1 turn out from closed). Future mods, stage 1 tune with a PowerCommander or equivalent, airbox mod and O2 sensor bypass. I really like this bike, perfect for riding on "normal" roads around here, lovely smooth engine and pretty good suspension too.

That was the main reason for a change, it looks better, but it makes the bar position a bit better also imo, more straight, less backsweep, a little lower. There's an unusual amount of steering lock on this bike, when I set the bars as I wanted it, the brake lever touched the fairing. So I put a bit of alu metal sheet on the steering lock bracket on the frame which added 2mm on each side at the steering stop, it made some clearance and the bike has still plenty of steering lock.

Yes, not bad considering the previous owner did 4400 km's in two years!

They are LSL, both the bars and the mounts.
Not difficult to fit. The nuts holding the stock risers were very tight and it was hard to get some leverage with the tools. You have to drill a 5mm hole on each side for the throttle and switchgear location pin. Before you drill these holes, mount everything on the bar and turn it full lock side to side, check clearance for the brake and clutch levers. Everything is pretty tight and there's not much room for adjustments.
