Another new Bandit owner from Newcastle

Hi All,
Just thought I would post a Hello World!
I'm Tim and recently purchased my first Bandit! The old girl is a 1996 600s in need of a re-spray, but the engine is superb.
Its currently red and faded red... but will soon be gun metal and red!!

Hello and Welcome. What part of Newcastle are you in?
I've seen a few Bandits around lately, one near Newcastle Beach across from Estobar and one this morning near Warners Bay. Not yours of course as they were both Blue 1200s bikes. I did tag a 600 near the Forum Fitness in town around from the Holiday Inn, a bit back.

I live in West Wallsend however work in Newcastle on King St... you'd know the bike if you saw it... the tank is a nice original red... and the plastics are well, I guess you'd say "salmon"

*HealTech Gear Indicator w/tre "Advanced Timing Retard Eliminator is needed".
*Balanced TB's. My TPS was fine, but you should check yours.
*Arrow race headers with Yoshimura TRS.
*PC3 with the supplied map and these mod got 123hp with 115nm of torque.
*Neville Lush Racing custom tune = 130hp with 125nm at the Tyre (Standard 98hp/108nm).

Hey Tim, paint the tank the same colour as the faring, you'd have the only "salmon" bandit around! Very unique
