Hello, New Bandit Rider...
Hello all,
Stokesy is the name,
Picked up my new half faring 2011 Bandit on the weekend.
Already due for the 800km service
Wanting to lose the massive can at the first service, any tips from members that have changed there full exhaust system???

Welcome aboard Stokesy - plenty of discussion topics covering both cans and full systems to be found hereabouts. Not much value in any discussion about cans though - it really is just an individual thing about looks, price, sound, etc unless you are after real performance gains - and then you'd be doing lots more. Or just go and buy a ZX-12 to start with!

Gidday Stokesy, and welcome aboard. As said above. Cans are an individual thing. I like Staintune coz the're Oz. They are good stainless. And they are fully welded. No Rivets or screws to rattle loose. Just my 2 cents worth. Enjoy.

Arrow full system is very nice. I have arrow collectors with a yoshi titanium pipe. Looks and sounds pretty good. If I had my time again I would have bought a full arrow system. Unfortunately when I took delivery of my bandit in late 2007 the only crowd doing after market pipes were yoshimura

New Rider
I was looking at Staintune, support the Aussie brands
I'm from Newcastle, I do weekly trips up and down the F3, Newcastle to Sydney, so I needed a nice big bike to cruise up and down the freeway.
Very happy with the Bandit so far, the Bike seams to tick all boxes.. Find myself having to stop myself from going outside the recommended 4500-RPM for the first 800km
I will have to post some pics of the bike, it's half faring and black in colour. Totally stock.... For now

Stock is OK. I would'nt imagine there are too many stock Bandits around. ( second hand ones I mean )

Another Newcastle rider Welcome!
The F3 is one of my least favourite rides.
Hope you also do more recreational rides.

Hi and welcome.
I'm with Hammy with the staintune. Classic style, Aussie made, high grade stainless, fully welded, welded mounting point ie no strap, slimmer and lighter than the orignal, and a great tone with the baffle out.

Welcome.
Cans are a personal thing but a few of us have Beowulf.
Not much point in a full system unless other mods are planned in my opinion.
Black is the fastest colour. You know that right?
