Last nights crabs

Post  mtbeerwah on Sun 05 Feb 2012, 5:28 pm

Caught these last night, and still laugh that people pay an arm and a leg for crabs when you can catch them yourself.

Destination X is south of Gladstone. I personally wouldn`t eat from the harbour, along with most, the government may say otherwise though, but i don`t see them eatting it.

theres plenty about, and i mean healthy ones, not from Gladstone harbour though,as some who may have seen by media reports at how bad the harbour is. Central QLD`s pretty big, and prolific in seafood, especially crabs, just got to go to the right places

Having moved from Qld to Canberra 6 years ago, fk I miss crabbing. Funny thing is, I don't really like eating them, just catching. My brother in-law tells me I am the best crabber to take along with him. Not because I am particularly good at catching them, but I don't want to eat any of the catch and he gets the lot.

Although, given the title of the thread, I suggest that you might need more than an ointment to get ride of those mate.
