Looks like you only had to remove a few screws around the screen and not any of the fairing screws. That's easy.
PS: Still think the FZ1 has mirrors a bit like Billy McMahon's ears! No offence.

The mirrors and I have our differences. Extenders will be ordered after Christmas.

d2moto.com A Bandit screen isn't listed but many others are. Other bits for bikes are well priced too.
There was international shipping on top of that but yes at checkout it was $9
