Ventura Imola 22lt seat bag
Hi all,
I bought this ventura seat bag http://www.ventura-bike.com/products/seatbag/sb0622.aspx about a month ago,.. its is has been on the back of my bike perhaps for a total of 2 hours only. I have since bought myself a 48lt coocase since and have no need for this seat bag. its like new, only used twice for carrying a few small things. new cost was 125$ for me. selling it for 100$

Hey Mip. How does it fit the the rear seat or is it to big and what is your bottom line?

Re: Ventura Imola 22lt seat bag
Reardo I looked at heaps of bags and none of them fit around the seat.
The best I can do with my 2 is occy straps from the pillion handle knobs to the pillion peg diagonally using the bags built in strap runners.
I think the Bandit seat is to thick and wide for a true seat bag.
I have a 35lt MotoDry and a 25Lt M2R

Hi Reardo, the fit easy and suits it great,... see this link https://nswbandits.forumotion.net/t571p15-yoshi-r77-carbon-muffler for a picture that Baz put up a while ago,..
Do some google searches on ventura seat bag, you will find examples and reviews

Re: Ventura Imola 22lt seat bag
Got one of these myself and ran it on my Guzzi.
First couple of times on the Bandit it didn't go so well - bag slid down and kept hitting me in the back under brakes.
That was with the standard fitting which is (under the seat) tie off Front left of base to front right of base and ditto for rear.
Having tied off on the diagonal as per attached pic, I think it works much better.

Buy it!
BTW, you can just see the Guzzi frame in background in one of the shots, and the engine - awaiting a new clutch and new input, main and lay shaft gears for gearbox (ouch).

Nah, it's a bog stock maroon 2008 model with a Pirelli Diablo on the rear and a broken down old prick in the saddle.......
You've seen a heap of that bike before, and photos of the prick in the saddle are just gonna scare people away from the site, although I believe the photobucket links may show me next to the Guzzi 1100 in one of the shots.
But I will get a shot or two this weekend just to satisfy Gollum-like curosity-types...

Do you mind me asking where you sourced the coo case from?
I got a quote of of TwistedThrottle but they said they were reluctant to post large items like it overseas as it was "cost prohibitive"
Would appreciate it if you have any sources
